The prompt queue appears whenever PMIO needs to access a file that is offline. Offline files are those that are on removable media such as CDs which are not currently mounted in a drive.
You can clear a prompt by:
- Inserting the required volume in a drive.
- You may need to click Retry if your system is not set to notify programs when media is inserted.
or
- Selecting the prompt and clicking Work Offline.
- Depending on the situation that triggered the prompt, this button may be labelled with something else such as Cancel.
