This page contains settings that control the operation of the TWAIN -based image acquisition system.
Preferences - TWAIN Page
- Default data source indicates the TWAIN data source that you want to acquire images from. You can change this by clicking the Change button.
After acquiring an image you can optionally:
- Resize it so that the width, height or area is your chosen value.
- Rotate it clockwise by a specified amount.
After the above processing has been carried out, the image is saved to a file in the current location.
- Save it in this format specifies the image format to save acquired images in.
- With this prefix specifies the prefix to give a new image file when it is saved. Each file name will have a number appended to it.
- Show TWAIN palette during acquire causes the TWAIN palette to appear when you use the TWAIN system to acquire an image. This palette provides a convenient way to access these preferences while using the TWAIN system.
